Nutritional advice is a central topic within our integrated approach. Losing weight is not the primary objective, rather our focus is on a sustained, healthy relationship between one’s body and diet. Together with you we will review your current eating habits and look for ways to match health and enjoyable eating. A radical change of diet is often unnecessary (and rarely healthy or practicable)

Weight loss will become a natural side effect once a balanced and a pleasant diet is adopted. That is why I don’t talk to my patients about losing weight.
